San Francisco: Sperry Flour Co., 1928. Stapled pamphlet, 64p, 5 x 8", n.d., [c. 1928]. Pictorial cover wrap has some creasing to upper cover edge, minor corner bumping, wear along edges, water stains on front and back covers and first and last several pages, otherwise in good condition.

This little pamphlet was published by the Sperry Flour Co, who started out as Moody's Mills in San Jose in 1854. Headquartered in Stockton but with general offices in San Francisco, they had operations in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Utah. The pamphlet has recipes for breads, biscuits, rolls, buns, muffins, breakfast dishes, soups, luncheon dishes, cakes, icings, cookies, pies, and candies. Even more fun sections include time tables, service suggestions, and cosmopolitan dinner suggestions. Black and white illustrations throughout.
