n.p.: n.p., 1991. Approximately 5/8 x 6/8". LIMITED EDITION of 4, this being #4. Ivory leather with quarter-bound brown leather spine with raised bands, miniature bookplate of Grace Broecker (a major collector of miniature books), signed by the introducer, a fine copy.

A mysterious book as there are no records in OCLC, nor in Bradbury, nor in Welsh. This tiny little book has a collection of colored letters throughout, the Danlan Alphabet, of Adrian Goddijn, an artist from The Netherlands. Introduction by Ben Engelhart (possibly the same Ben Engelhart who wrote an introduction to Calligraphy in 1996 and is also from The Netherlands), is very brief, "Marvelous!" is all it says. The colophon states that this is No. 4 of 4 copies "Bound for D. V. Welsh", undoubtedly referring to Doris V. Welsh, a publisher, collector, historian, and bibliographer of miniature books.
